Includes the following: advertise, show, screen, sign lease, perform move-in walk-through, drive-by's to evaluate property, periodic walk-throughs, renew leases, increase monthly rates as needed and permitted , intake calls and execute work orders, schedule vendors, pay vendors, send owner statements, send end-of-year packets for taxes and more!

Lease Only Services

We will advertise, show the property, screen prospects, sign lease, perform move-in walk-through with tenants and introduce you to your new tenants. We want our clients to be successful with their new tenancy and help to get them started on the right path.
